Rate Follow Up provides software that helps participating businesses manage customer follow-up SMS text messaging, feedback collection, and review request workflows.
Use of the service
- Participating businesses must use the service only for lawful customer care and follow-up communication.
- Participating businesses may use the service only for recipients who have explicitly consented to receive SMS or text messages from that business.
- Participating businesses are responsible for obtaining any required customer consent before uploading phone numbers or sending messages.
- Participating businesses may not use the service for spam, deceptive messaging, or any prohibited campaign activity.
Customer data
Rate Follow Up processes customer contact information only to provide the service requested by participating businesses. Participating businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted data and for maintaining any required consent records.
Messaging compliance
Participating businesses must comply with applicable messaging laws, carrier requirements, and platform policies. This includes obtaining explicit SMS or text consent before uploading customer phone numbers, honoring opt-out requests such as STOP, honoring support requests such as HELP, and ensuring message disclosures remain consistent with the SMS Consent policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Changes and availability
Rate Follow Up may update or improve the service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated service terms.
