SMS Consent Policy
Rate Follow Up is a software platform used by participating businesses to send customer follow-up SMS text messages. Participating businesses must obtain explicit SMS consent before uploading any customer phone number into Rate Follow Up.
How consent is collected
Consent is collected by the participating business using a paper intake form or paper checkout form. Only customers who sign that paper form consent may be uploaded for messaging.
